Mr. Sri Harsha Dorapudi successfully defended his PhD thesis titled “Enhancing Judicial Efficiency in India: A Process-Driven Approach to Legal System.” His research addresses delays and inefficiencies in India's Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (MACT) by integrating workflow optimization, technology adoption analysis, and a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-based legal question answering framework named LEGIS-RAG.

The study highlights how digital transformation, AI, and process engineering can contribute to a more transparent, accessible, sustainable, and citizen-centric judiciary. It also emphasizes the importance of trust and ease of use in successful technology adoption, and the institute congratulates him on this achievement while wishing him continued success in his future endeavors.
