Prof. Amber Srivastava participated in the IEEE International Conference on Control. He co-authored the paper “A Scalable Entropy-Based Framework for Intermodal Hub Location and Routing in Freight Transport Network” with his M.Tech student Rahul Goyal, in collaboration with the Centre For Railway Information Systems and the Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi. The work proposes a scalable Maximum Entropy–based approach for hub location and routing in large freight networks, particularly relevant to Indian Railways.

In addition, he served as Co-Chair for the Best Student Paper Award, contributing to the conference’s academic leadership and review process.

His participation underscores the institute’s emphasis on research-driven collaboration, student involvement in high-quality publications, and meaningful contributions to global academic forums.
